The Jump Start

This short-term package is designed to get crystal clear and what is needed to reach your fitness goals. You will be ale to build momentum in this early phase and develop habits of consistent conditioning paired with other necessary lifestyle changes.

The minimum frequency of meetings in the early phase is weekly, but 2 or 3 meetings in a week will help solidify your new fitness habits and form (+ variations) in exercises.

This package include a the jump start of initial phase as described above, but has an added maintenance phase where sessions can be spread out to less frequently. Sessions are focused on tweaking exercises to improve results, moving past plateaus and developing next level fitness golas as inital results are being achieved.

With this longer term commitment you are making working with a highly skilled trainer a lifestyle that supports your goals. At this phase, next level goals are being set as your fitness improves and initial goals are being achieved. Any barriers to your success can be addressed through in-depth support and collaboration.
